RGVA is a limited company of professionals, lawyers or economists, which subjects its business to the regulations that govern these professions and is registered in the Bar Association of Barcelona, registration number 1,020, subject to the Code of Ethics of such Association as well as of the Spanish Advocates’.

The use of this Website grants you the condition of user (hereinafter the “User”) and implies the full acceptance of these conditions. Thus, if the User does not agree with the content of the Website, the User will have to refrain from making use of it.

RGVA reserves the right to carry out any modifications or changes to its Website as it may deem necessary and it will be entitled to change, delete or add, without prior notice, new content and/or services in the Website, as well as the way in which they are presented or located therein and the terms of use of the Website.

2. Website use

2.1. Term and conditions of use

Unless otherwise stated, the use of the Website will be free of charge, without prejudice to the connection cost for the User to access the corresponding network.

The User is aware and accepts, voluntarily and expressly, that the use of the Website is carried out, in any case, under his/her own and exclusive responsibility.

Add to the page a false link containing inaccurate or incorrect statements about RGVA, its partners, employees, customers or the quality of services provided.

Link(s) to illegal content, contrary to morals or good practices or inappropriate regarding the professional image that RGVA transmits to third parties or link(s) RGVA to ideas and statements of the sender that are inappropriate or not relevant to the business of RGVA in terms of the place, content and theme of the website of the sender.

The User is solely responsible for any infringements that may incur, or any damage caused by the use of the Website, releasing RGVA, its partners, collaborators, employees and representatives from any liability that may arise from the actions of the User.

The owner of the Website will use all efforts and reasonable means to provide updated and reliable information in its Website. Nevertheless, the owner of the Website does not guarantee the absence of errors or possible inaccuracies and/or omissions in any of the contents accessible through this Website.

The User guarantees that the information, material, contents or remarks that are not his/her own personal data and that are provided to the owner of the Website do not infringe the rights of intellectual or industrial property of third parties, or any other legal provision.

3. Personal data obtained through the Website

To visit RGVA’s Website is not generally necessary to provide your personal data, although it is possible that, under certain circumstances, it is required to do so, in order to improve the User’s experience. In case where the User provides us with his/her personal data, our Privacy Policy will prevail.

4. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

All disputes or claims arising from the interpretation or execution of this Legal Warning shall be governed by Spanish Law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona.
